Setting The Mood:
"Keep in mind that the host's mood sets the tone."
Learn The Art Of Conversation:
Don't be abore, engage in conversations with your quests.
Serve Food At Proper Temperature:
"Warm plates before serving hot food on them." (if your hosting your event at your place)
Send Formal Invitations
"Send out a proper invite. A handwritten one is preferable, but the online evites are quite wonderful." (again this is depending on what type of event you are hosting, any wedding event mailing a proper formal invitation is what the occasion calls for).
Create A Playlist:
"Create a music playlist that's ready to begin as soon your quests walk in and doesn't end until the last guest departs."
Introduce Your Guest:
Always, always make introductions. If you're going to make a guest feel alienated, why invite them right?"
Party Favors:
"Always give favors. People love leaving with a little something." ( I know I do).
