If you hired a wedding planner, ask your planner to help you organize the seating charts, I help my clients, this is part of easing my clients stress away. If you are doing the planning on your own, enlist the help of friends, family,or bridal party. The easiest way to plan a seating is by obtaining a blank seating chart (this should be provided by your venue) and or floor plan, once you have a blank seating chart from the reception site, enlarge it, fill it in with a pencil this way you can ease and make changes, find out with your parents where they would like to sit and with whom, then plan close family and friends seating arrangement, finally then plan where everyone else is to be seated.
Remember***You can't please everyone, but you can create an air of elegance, class and consideration by arranging seating in ways that best position your guests for a happy celebration.
Following the seat assignment you may now choose personal, creative, elegant or fun ideas to help them find their seats. Using your creativity can add your personal touch to your wedding. Always consult with your planner they can always help you come up with great seating ideas.
