How To Achieve Perfection, Not Just For Your Wedding

We all know that life is not perfect and neither are we, however we can try to achieve perfection with out forgetting who we truly are.

Weather you think you are born with beauty or not, you have to maintain your self. Appearances are everything, and so ensuring you perform regular maintenance is an essential part of being a lady, or not, case depending :) We just don't try to achieve perfection for our special day, apply this to your everyday.

There are necessary, unmentionable evils, starting with wax. Waxing hurts, but ensures finer regrowth and last longer than shaving. Waxing gives smoother, more feminine feel. Exfoliate at least 2 days before you go for your waxing, appointment. This will frees follicles, ensuring hair is pulled from roots, and makes it less painful. You might want to go with option two and that is taking pain killers.

Remember needs to be planned in advance, as you need to allow a day or two for skin to calm down and the redness to fade, brides, DO NOT go waxing the day before your wedding or 2 day prior, many things can go wrong and you want to make sure you look stunning on your day, not burned from a bad wax procedure.

I always say, how we budget for the upkeep of our house, regular service your car, so why cut corners on yourself?

Ok here it goes, make sure you copy this to the first page of your planner / organizer/ to do list.

Checklist

Bikini Line: Yes, I know painful, but must be taken care of every 2-3 weeks. Brazilian ladies.

Underarms: Either wax every 2-3 weeks, or you may do my approach, shave every other day.

Legs: Wax every 4 weeks or shave as required. I shave every other day as well.

Eyebrows: Get plucked, waxed or threaded what ever your heart desires, but this must be done once a month and or pluck at home once a week.

Facial: Ladies, we all know how stressful life can get, brides if you are planning your wedding with out the help of a planner, you may be super stressed, which may cause extra TLC to our face. It is recommended to have a salon facial every six weeks to purify and detox skin, or if you know any at home remedies for facials then apply every 4 weeks, this is what I do.

Pedi's / Mani's: I know with planning a wedding or if you are just trying to upkeep but the economy has forced you to tame those nail salon upkeep, then once a month will work just fine ladies.

These are the basic up keep to perfection list. Remember this is just BASIC.
